Choose the Service You Need

1. Casting Only – £20 per unit

Send us your completed wax-up on a plaster or printed working model.

We inspect the wax-up, make minor corrections where necessary and cast it in your chosen yellow/gold-coloured or white/silver-coloured non-precious alloy.

Your casting is returned raw, ready for you to carry out your own fitting, finishing, polishing and stone setting.

2. Casting + Finishing & High Polishing

Send us your completed wax-up and we'll take care of the casting, fitting to the working model, finishing and high polishing.

Solid design: £30 per unit

Open / Window / Heart design: £35 per unit

3. Complete Service – Wax-Up + Casting + Finishing & High Polishing

Send us your working model and we'll take care of the process from wax-up through to the finished casting.

Solid design: £40 per unit

Open / Window / Heart design: £45 per unit

Special or complex designs: Please contact us for an individual quotation.

STL Printing Available

Already have your design digitally?

Send us your ready-to-print STL file and we can print it in castable resin before casting.

Castable resin printing: +£5 per unit

Digital design, CAD modification or significant STL repair is not included and will be quoted separately where required.

Precious Gold Casting

We also offer casting in customer-supplied precious gold.

Your supplied metal is weighed before casting and the remaining metal is weighed again afterwards.

Precious gold casting: £15 per unit/cap

Typical turnaround from receipt and inspection:

Casting Only: Same or next working day
Casting + Finishing & High Polishing: Approx. 2 working days

Need just one cap? No problem.

We accept orders from a single unit upwards, as well as regular production work and larger trade orders.

10–19 units: 10% discount
