UK-based investment casting for independent grillz makers, jewellers and trade customers, backed by over 25 years of dental technology experience.

From a single cap to regular production work, we inspect every case before casting and make minor corrections where appropriate.

Choose Your Service

1. Casting Only — £20 per unit/cap

Send your completed wax-up on a plaster or printed working model. We inspect and cast it in your chosen yellow/gold-coloured or white/silver-coloured non-precious alloy.

Returned raw, ready for your own fitting, finishing, polishing and stone setting.

2. Casting + Finishing & High Polishing

Send your completed wax-up. We cast, fit to the working model, finish and high-polish your piece.

• Solid: £30 per unit

• Open / Window / Heart: £35 per unit

3. Full Production — From Working Model

Send your working model. We complete the wax-up, casting, fitting, finishing and high polishing.

• Solid: £40 per unit

• Open / Window / Heart: £45 per unit

4. Complete Service — From Dental Impression

Send your dental impression. We produce the working model and complete the wax-up, casting, fitting, finishing and high polishing.

• Solid: £45 per unit

• Open / Window / Heart: £50 per unit

Special or complex designs: Contact us for an individual quotation.

STL Printing

Send your ready-to-print STL file for printing in castable resin before casting.

Printing add-on: £10 per model.

Digital design, CAD modifications and significant STL repairs are quoted separately.

Precious Gold Casting

Casting in customer-supplied precious gold: £15 per unit/cap.

Your metal is weighed before casting and the remaining metal is weighed afterwards. Please contact us before sending precious metal.

Sterling silver casting is also available: select the relevant service option or contact us for details.

Typical Turnaround

From receipt and inspection of your case:

• Casting Only: Same or next working day

• Casting + Finishing & High Polishing: Approximately 2 working days

• Complete Service: Up to 3 working days

Complex designs and larger orders may take longer. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

No Minimum Order & Volume Pricing

Order from a single unit upwards.

• 1–9 units: Standard price

• 10–19 units: 10% discount

• 20+ units: 15% discount

For larger or regular production runs, contact us to discuss a trade arrangement.

UK Round-Trip Postage

Select one of these options at checkout:

• Standard Round-Trip Postage — £10

• Express Round-Trip Postage — £20

This covers postage to GrillzZone and return delivery of your completed work. We email your prepaid incoming postage label and packing instructions after purchase.

Express postage speeds up delivery only, not production time.
