Cancellations & Refunds information:

We hope you are happy with your order, however you do have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours.
Once you pay it is non refundable after 24 hours.
After 24 hours your mould kit will be shipped out to you and the process will begin, therefore you won’t be able to cancel it after this time.
 
If you do wish to cancel, the money will be sent back to you within 3-5 workings days.
Due to all of our items being custom made (made specifically for your teeth) refunds are not eligible. All alloys we use are certified precious or non-precious metals so there should be no reason for return. However if it doesn't fit, you can send it back for correction, adjustment or fixing. Thanks for your understanding.

You are responsible for taking your impression and we make the grillz according to the impression you have taken.
All products we make are supplied in a non-sterile state.
Your grillz is a jewellery & is not a permanent fixture, it is just an accessory.
It is not designed to replace any of your natural teeth or to be worn 24/7.
Do not eat, drink or sleep with your grillz in.
Keep away from extreme of hot and cold.

Full payment is required before the release of the goods.
It's Non-negotiable.
