Your perfect grillz start here. At GrillzZone, we make creating your custom piece simple, personal and exciting. Choose your design, select your preferred metal and let us bring your vision to life.

How Does It Work?

 

Step 1 – Choose Your Grillz

Explore our collection and find your perfect design. Select your preferred metal, choose which teeth you'd like to cover and customise your grillz to match your style.

Step 2 – Place Your Order

Add your chosen grillz to your basket and complete our secure checkout. Your order includes a mould kit to help us create your custom fit.

Step 3 – Create Your Dental Impression

We'll send you a mould kit with instructions to take an impression of your teeth at home. Once completed, return your impression to us so we can begin crafting your grillz.

Step 4 – We Craft Your Grillz

Once we receive your dental impression, we'll carefully create your custom grillz based on your selected design and fit. Want to see how your custom piece comes to life?

Step 5 – Receive Your Custom Grillz

Your finished grillz will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, ready to complete your look.

Payment and Shipping

Secure Payment

Once you've chosen your perfect grillz, simply add them to your basket and proceed to our secure checkout. We offer a range of convenient payment options, including major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay, where available at checkout.

Your Mould Kit Delivery

Once your payment has been confirmed, we'll prepare your mould kit and send it to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You'll receive tracking information once your kit has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

Your Custom Grillz Delivery

Once we've received your completed dental impression, we'll begin crafting your custom grillz.

When your grillz are finished and ready to ship, we'll carefully package them and dispatch your order via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with tracking information provided.

Please note that delivery times may vary, and the time required to craft your custom grillz is separate from the shipping time.

Your custom grillz journey begins with creating an accurate impression of your teeth. We'll send you a mould kit containing everything you need to take your dental impression at home.

How to Return Your Impression

Once you've received your mould kit, carefully follow the included instructions to take your dental impression.

Place your completed impression in the provided return packaging and send it back to us using the prepaid return service.

Once we receive your impression and confirm it's suitable, we can begin creating your custom grillz.

Production Time

Once we receive your completed dental impression and confirm it's suitable, your custom grillz will typically be crafted within approximately 7 working days.

Please note that production times may vary depending on the complexity of your design and current order volumes.

You'll receive tracking information when your finished grillz are dispatched.

Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We offer a full refund if your cancellation request is received before we purchase the postage label for your mould kit.

Once the postage label has been purchased, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of your order and your applicable consumer rights.

Custom-Made Products

Our grillz are individually crafted to your specifications and dental impression. As personalised products, they may be exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer protection requirements.

We'll review your concerns and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Important Information & Grillz Care

Your Dental Impression

For the best possible fit, please follow the instructions provided with your mould kit carefully. Your custom grillz will be crafted using the dental impression you return to us.

If your impression is unclear or unsuitable, we may ask you to take a new one before production begins.

Wearing Your Grillz Safely

Your GrillzZone grillz are decorative, removable dental accessories and are not intended as permanent dental fixtures or replacements for natural teeth.

For safe use and proper care:

Remove your grillz before eating, drinking or sleeping.

Do not wear your grillz continuously or for extended periods.

Keep your grillz clean and store them in their protective case when not in use.

Avoid exposing your grillz to extreme temperatures.

If you experience discomfort, irritation or difficulty fitting your grillz, stop wearing them and seek professional dental advice.
