Yes! Your order includes a complete home dental impression kit with impression putty, a dental impression tray and easy-to-follow instructions. Simply take an impression of your upper teeth and return it to our UK dental laboratory using the provided return shipping service. We'll take care of the rest!

Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. If your night guard doesn't fit properly, please contact us before attempting to adjust it yourself. If the issue is caused by an inaccurate dental impression, we'll send you a new impression kit and manufacture a replacement night guard at no additional product cost.

Once we receive your dental impression and confirm it's suitable, your custom-made night guard will normally be manufactured within just 2 working days. We'll then dispatch your finished night guard directly to your address. Please allow additional time for delivery of your impression kit, return postage and final shipping.

Rinse your night guard with cool or lukewarm water after each use. Gently clean it with a soft toothbrush and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner suitable for dental appliances. Avoid hot water, harsh chemicals and abrasive toothpaste, as these may damage or deform the soft material. Allow your night guard to dry before storing it in the protective case provided. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat.
