Return your completed impressions to our dental laboratory using the provided instructions.

4. We Make Your Custom Trays

Our experienced dental technicians manufacture your whitening trays to fit your individual dental impressions.

5. Receive Your Finished Trays

Once completed and checked, your custom whitening trays are dispatched to your address.

Shipping & Delivery – All 3 Postal Journeys Included

Your shipping fee covers the entire round-trip postal process:

1. Impression Kit Delivery – We send your at-home impression kit directly to you.

2. Impression Return – You send your completed impressions back to our UK dental laboratory.

3. Finished Trays Delivery – We deliver your finished custom whitening trays to your address.

UK Shipping Options:

-Standard UK Round-Trip Shipping – £15 (3–5 business days per postal journey)

-Special Next Day Round-Trip Shipping – £35 (Royal Mail Special Delivery, normally next working day per postal journey)

Both options include all three postal journeys.

Manufacturing Time

Your custom whitening trays are professionally manufactured within 2–3 working days after we receive and approve your dental impressions.

Please note that manufacturing time is separate from postal delivery times. The overall turnaround also depends on how quickly you complete and return your impressions.
