Are the grillz custom made?

Yes, all products we make are custom made & fit only to your teeth. We'll use your mould to make grillz to perfectly fit to your teeth. The shape of your tooth plays a huge part in how a single cap or a set of grillz can fit. These custom made grillz are basically compression fit, so a slight pressure on the grillz keeps them in place on your teeth. In cases where the fitting is a little loose, we'd recommend denture adhesive. That's why fixodent is included to your package with your finished grillz. If your teeth are more straight than rounded, it may be harder for the grillz caps to stay in place. We craft the grillz to the exact shape of your teeth based on your moulds, but we cannot guarantee that they will always fit securely.

Do I need to visit your workshop to place an order?

Not at all! You can conveniently place your order online, and we'll handle everything through our postal service.

What if my grillz break?

We design our grillz with care, but it's essential to treat them like delicate jewelry. If they break, it's your responsibility to ensure they're used as recommended.

Should I see a dentist before getting grillz made?

If you don't have any significant dental issues, it's not mandatory. However, we recommend having a dental check-up to ensure your teeth are in good health before getting grillz, especially if you have concerns like loose teeth or gum issues.

What if my grillz don't fit upon arrival?

No worries! Send them back to us, and we'll adjust them for you. Please avoid trying to adjust them yourself to prevent any damage.

Are the grillz permanent?

Our grillz are removable accessories. We advise against eating, drinking, or sleeping with them on. For permanent options, please consult a dentist.

Can I get grillz if I have missing teeth?

Yes, we offer gap-filler grillz designed to accommodate missing teeth, ensuring a complete and stylish look.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, simple designs take about three days, while more intricate patterns or those with stones may take up one or two weeks.

Our teeth can shift over time.

The range and time varies from person to person.

There can be several reasons for this:

Eruption of wisdom teeth

Physiological changes with age

Nocturnal teeth grinding

Gaps caused by missing teeth

The forces acting on the teeth (tongue, speech, chewing)

Periodontal disease

Inadequate orthodontic treatment

Dental Alloys:

What materials are used in the grillz?

We use high-quality, biocompatible dental-grade metals that are lead and nickel-free, ensuring they're safe and comfortable to wear.

Dental Gold:

Dental gold is a non-precious dental alloy used by dental technician and dentist when you get a crown or filling. It's made to go into the mouth without any harmful effects. Dental gold can be yellow or white gold colour. It's a cheaper but excellent alternative compared to precious gold.

Precious Gold:

If you are looking for more value to your grillz then precious gold is what your after. We offer 14k and 18k white, yellow or rose gold and only solid gold and not gold plated.

14k precious gold: It is an affordable value for a customer on a budget. Medium hardness and durability, and a bright luster.

18k precious gold: 18k gold has 75% gold and is the most expensive option on the list; it has lower hardness, highest durability and a very bright luster.

Silver:

Silver is very toxic in the mouth by itself. We do not use it for dental grillz. It can be broken down by saliva thus leaking harmfull chemicals into the body. We use biocompatible solid white gold (precious or non precious) instead that look like silver. It is safe to be used in the mouth.

All dental alloys are biocompatible, however allergy to the metals may occur to some people! Please inform us if you are aware of such allergy as it is your own responsibility.

Do you offer a warranty?

Guaranteed 100% Authentic.
All products sold through our website are to be considered as jewellery and not actual dental work.
There is an eternal guarantee/warranty on the alloy of the product. Precious metal certificate is included when you recieve your precious gold grillz.
If diamond or acryl filling is lost, we can replace it for a little fee, depend on the case but usualy £15.
We accept no liability for damage to the product resulting from use.
The warranty and garantie conditions are accepted by the customer when ordering the product.
Our grillz should be taken off when eating or sleeping.

Since the grillz are custom made, they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
