How Do I Place An Order?

You will then purchase it with the mould kit.
The mould kit is to make an impression of your teeth to begin the process.
Ordering online is very easy and straight forward.
To place an order, you must choose which custom made grillz you want.

Browse our gold grillz to find your favourite product, add your gold preferences and teeth position from individual product pages and go through the standard checkout process.
Also, there is an opportunity to implement your own idea.
If you want more than one grillz, you can mix different designs.

Payment and Shipping

After you put your item into the basket, you can choose from different payments. Bank card, Apple pay, Link, PayPal, Klarna. Once we receive your full payment we will then issue your mould kit & docs.
Your item will be processed and shipped the following 24 hours of receiving the payment.
All items are posted first class and you should receive them the next days, item will be posted the next working day if any orders placed on Sundays or public holidays. All packages are tracked.
Once an order has been placed you will be issued with a tracking number.

What's in Your Mould Kit?

Once you received your first package (mould kit) you must to open it up and take an impression of your teeth following the instructions. Than put everything into the returning envelope and post it back to us. We'll start working on your case when we receive this package.

Shipping Details:

• Mould Kit Dispatch: Sent the next working day via Royal Mail 48-hour service.

• Prepaid Return Label: Included, so returning your mould kit is hassle-free.

• Grillz Creation Time: Once we get your mould kit back, we'll craft your grillz in about 7 business days.

• Delivery: You'll receive a notification with tracking info once your grillz are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour delivery.

Our £13.00 postage and packaging fee covers:

• Delivery of your mould kit

• Prepaid return label for the mould kit

• Shipping of your finished grillz

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

For your security, please complete your order within 20 minutes.
After this time your cart will expire and you must follow the process to place it again.
We use only secured ordering system, so you will be able to purchase items via debit cards, credit cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Klarna and PayPal.
PayPal can also be used even if you dont have a account with them, click on Checkout as a Guest and after you can enter your debit/credit card details.

Cancellations & Refunds information:

We hope you are happy with your order, however you do have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours.
Once you pay it is non refundable after 24 hours.
After 24 hours your mould kit will be shipped out to you and the process will begin, therefore you won’t be able to cancel it after this time.
 
If you do wish to cancel, the money will be sent back to you within 3-5 workings days.
Due to all of our items being custom made (made specifically for your teeth) refunds are not eligible. All alloys we use are certified precious or non-precious metals so there should be no reason for return. However if it doesn't fit, you can send it back for correction, adjustment or fixing. Thanks for your understanding.

All products we make are supplied in a non-sterile state.

Your grillz is a jewellery & is not a permanent fixture, it is just an accessory.

It is not designed to replace any of your natural teeth or to be worn 24/7.

Do not eat, drink or sleep with your grillz in.

Keep away from extreme of hot and cold.

Full payment is required before the release of the goods.
